Returns Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please note that we don't reimburse any shipping costs.

For a product to be considered eligible for return it must be in the same condition in which it was purchased, with no signs of use and with the original tag attached.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Shipping costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer. Therefore, Lachoix Brand will not reimburse any shipping costs and we charge to shipping to return* (excluding Portugal). In case you return your order but originally you didn't paid the shipping we will charge the shipping cost.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Shipping Loss
We do not assume any liability for loss or damage that occurred during the shipment of the returned items.

Items on Sale are not eligible for a refund, only exchanges and/or voucher.

Please note: Lachoix Brand reserves the right to refuse any return of products that have visible signs of use, mistreatment, or that are transformed in any way.
