Orders

What size should I buy?

If you are not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They’re located underneath the available sizes for each of our products. If you prefer email us at info@lachoix.com or whatsapp us.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. As a reminder, domestic return shipping is free.

Where is my order?

In the confirmation email you will find a number to track your order.

In case it hasn't arrive on time, we are very sorry we do our best to send it on time and without delay.

In case the estimate date has passed please contact our team at info@lachoix.com or the delivery company directly.

When will an item be back in stock?

We have a waiting list in the product page, when you select the size you want you will find a space to add your email.

The iteam I ordered is damaged, is missing something or wrong, what should I do?

If you have received a damaged, missing item or wrong, please send us an email to info@lachoix.com

Where is Lachoix located?

Lachoix is a portuguese brand, made and design in Portugal and our office is located in our store in Lisbon, Príncipe real. We produce in the north of Portugal.

My discount code is invalid, what should I do?

In case it is the code for the first order, please check if you are not buying another item already with a discount, because in that case will not work.

If it is a product without discount, please remove the product from the card and do the process again or clean our browser/cookies.

Shipping

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

How many days it will take?

Shipping destination: Mainland Portugal
Delivery within 2 working days.

Shipping destination: Portugal Islands
Madeira, Delivery within 5-7 working days.
Açores, Delivery within 6-15 working days.

Shipping destination: Europe
Delivery within 2-5 working days.

Shipping destination: United Kingdom
Delivery within 4-6 working days.

Shipping destination: Rest of the world
Delivery within 4-7 working days.

Do I have to pay customs and taxes?

Items shipped within Europe, USA and Canada are not subject to additional customs or taxes.

Items shipped outside of these areas may be subject to local import duties, taxes and/or charges, which are neither included in the total cost of your order nor reimbursable by Lachoix.

Products on sale have a different shipping policy?

Products on sale have already a special price and to avoid over consumption we charge a shipping cost and the item is non-refundable, we only give the option to change size, model or get a credit in store.

Returns & Exchanges

What is the return policy?

Extended return policy for the holidays 2024 until 19th January.

We have a return and exchange policy of 30 days on products unused and with all the items inside the box.

The shipping costs are non-refundable and for some countries there is a fee on returns unless you choose store credit.

In case you bought an item from a retailer, the return can only be proceed where the item was bought from.

Items on sale are non-refundable, only exchange or store credit are available.

How do I start my return process?

Can I exchange the item for a different model?

Yes, it is possible. Start the process and you will have an option to exchange for another model or request a store credit and do a new purchase.
